The White Party, one of Tulsa’s most unique fundraising events, celebrated its 10th year and raised $290,000 for Family & Children’s Services on May 12. This festive outdoor celebration set under the art deco skyline of Tulsa was held at The Vault and featured its popular white theme with a Moroccan flair.
“The White Party has evolved from a backyard gathering in its early years to a successful fundraiser accessible to both corporate patrons and young professionals. It is a truly unique experience to showcase Family and Children’s Services and get young people involved in the agency,” said Jordan Neal, White Party 10 event chairwoman.“
In its 10th year, the White Party continued to help Family & Children’s Services create a lifeline of support for one in six individuals in the Tulsa community, helping to heal hurting and abused children, strengthen families and provide hope and treatment to those suffering from mental illness and addiction.”
Highlighting the art of craft cocktails, this year’s White Party once again celebrated Tulsa’s top venue and mixologists. Mixologists from eight of Tulsa’s favorite cocktail scenes created custom hand-crafted libations for White Party 10 guests.
Featured mixologists include Luke Brennan of The Lounge, Matt Land of Barstream, Trevin Hoffman of The Summit, Dustin Saied of Prhyme, Nick Roesle of Lucky’s, Kaitlin Liversage of Stonehorse, and Andy Cagle of Inner Circle Vodka Bar.
Sponsors of the event enjoyed an exclusive cocktail hour and sponsor dinner with VIP and general admission ticket holders joining the party at 9 pm. The event offered many unique giving opportunities, including both a live auction and raffle. Live auction highlights included experiences for the golfers, foodies and aspiring chefs of Tulsa. Raffle highlights include donations from Bruce G. Weber.
