A letter from Arthur.
Dear F&CS Supporter,
I thought I was just being a tough 14-year old kid – drinking, doing drugs, skipping school, punching my sister and cussing at Mom.
I was in so deep – destroying my family and destroying my life. On the outside I acted like I didn’t care because secretly on the inside I was suffering. I was afraid to tell anyone that I was being bullied so badly at school and online that I just wanted to end it all.
I’ll be honest with you, I didn’t want to go to Family & Children’s Services. But I went with Mom and it wasn’t long before I realized that my counselor was helping me.
Now I’m getting along with my mom and sister. The bullying has stopped and I’m growing more confident each day.
