This strong fiscal foundation allows F&CS to plan for the long term while continuing to provide innovative and vital services. The successor will be supported by a strong collaborative board of directors and surrounded by top talent who are committed to ensuring excellence throughout the organization.

F&CS is certified as both an Oklahoma Community Mental Health Center and Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) which services adults, children and youth. In addition to providing a full range of mental health and substance abuse services that promote clients’ recovery and wellness, F&CS’s CCBHC comprehensive approach uses a team-based, care-coordinated model emphasizing whole-person care to address other clients’ needs.  Social services, utility assistance, food, basic needs, housing, health, screening, wellness coordination, vocational training and employment services are among the supports offered.  A full continuum of 24/7 crisis care services are offered through crisis hot lines, mobile crisis outreach, and an urgent recovery assessment center with respite lounge chairs and beds.

Additional programs are offered in F&CS’s Family Strengthening division:  family support and mental health care for area Head Start program children and their families, SafeCare®, other home based programs for children and their families involved in the Oklahoma child welfare system and community education for prevention and parenting skill development to help children flourish.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 to 10 years of experience as a highly skilled, trustworthy CEO who has grown multiservice behavioral health/substance abuse services. This includes a track record of collaborative relationships with staff, board, and community partners.

The successful candidate is an energetic, nimble leader who will build on the organization’s high-performing culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. This individual is highly intelligent and uses sound judgment and advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve problems and drive complex decision-making in a large organization. Must have business and financial acumen, be politically and people savvy with demonstrated success leveraging technology and data analytics to advance client care and operations.
