The Family & Children’s Services Child Abuse & Trauma Services (CATS) holiday party returned for the first time since the pandemic.
Families were greeted by Santa and his elves (aka: F&CS staff and three F&CS Young Professional Advisory Council (YPAC) members). The warm holiday setting was filled with music, lights, laughter and holiday tidings. Children unwrapped over 200 gifts, donated by generous individual donors and businesses.
“Thank you to our sponsors, volunteers and families for a great holiday party with CATS (Child Abuse and Trauma Services) families,” said Christine Marsh, F&CS CATS senior director. “We are thrilled to resume hosting this party and see the families enjoying an evening of food, fun, gifts and Santa!”
Party sponsors include Papa John’s, QuikTrip, Chick-fil-A and Scott Stinson and other volunteers for setting up the photo booth, taking, and printing all the group photos at the event.
