Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director
The CEO/ED of Family & Children’s Services is Gail Lapidus, ACSW, LCSW, LMFT. Ms. Lapidus has over 35 years of experience in the field of human services and has served as the agency’s Executive Director since 1986. Under her leadership, F&CS has become one of Tulsa’s largest human service providers and instituted a range of award-winning and model programs. Ms. Lapidus has held numerous leadership positions in Tulsa’s social service community and has served on many state-wide boards and task forces. In1997, she was the inaugural inductee into the University of Oklahoma School of Social Work’s Hall of Fame.
