FCS is Now Offering Shuttle Service to our 23rd & Harvard Location
Are you experiencing challenges with transportation to FCS’s Sarah and John Graves Center at 2325 S. Harvard Ave. due to road construction and bus stop closures?
FCS is now providing round-trip shuttle services to and from our facility at 23rd & Harvard. No appointment necessary. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes, Mondays through Fridays, from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. The shuttle will drop clients off at the front entrance of our 23rd & Harvard facility from two nearby locations:
- 21st & Harvard, in the CVS parking lot
- 31st & Harvard, in the Bank of Oklahoma parking lot
The shuttle will also return clients to these two locations from our 23rd & Harvard location. Just look for the van with the yellow butterfly.
You must be an FCS client receiving services at our 23rd & Harvard location in order to utilize shuttle service.
If you would like to use FCS’s shuttle service to or from our 23rd & Harvard, please remember the following:
- To help the shuttle remain on its pick-up and drop-off schedule, clients should be patient yet present and ready when the shuttle arrives.
- Avoid discussing sensitive information during shared rides.
- The van driver will not transport clients outside approved stops or make exceptions to outside agency procedures.
- The safety and well-being of our clients are our highest priority. Clients who appear medically unstable, in immediate crisis, or unsafe to transport will receive appropriate assessment and intervention before transportation is provided.
- Safety concerns that occur during pick-up, drop-off, or transit will be escalated according to FCS agency protocol.
