Seeking solutions on how to cope and/or lead others during an extended, uncertain pandemic? Join Family & Children’s Services for a brief 30-minute “Friends of F&CS” Zoom chat hosted by F&CS staff including Dr. Stevan Lahr, medical director of F&CS Psychiatry programs. Many TV viewers in the Northeast Oklahoma watch Dr. Lahr on recurring KOTV News on 6 health news segments.
Dr. Lahr will spotlight adult mental health during the pandemic and how F&CS mental health professionals help Tulsans cope everyday. Also, attending the session will be Amanda Bradley, senior program director of F&CS COPES (Community Outreach Psychiatric Emergency Services – a 24/7 telephone and mobile crisis service) and the Community Response Team (CRT), who offers tips on how to de-stress and coping skills to help participants become more effective in everyday life.
