In Tulsa County, the yearlong female diversion program offers defendants trauma-informed treatment for substance abuse, mental health and co-occurring disorders, domestic violence and sexual assault counseling, education and vocational training, employment and parenting skills. To date, there are 43 clients in the program. The program offers flex funds that assists with safe housing, medical care, childcare, transportation and other needs. F&CS is the outpatient treatment provider for the Tulsa program. The Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (ODMHSAS) is the inpatient provider of this program.
