As a result of the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, Family & Children’s Services (F&CS) quickly adjusted outpatient services to telephone and teletherapy; but many F&CS staff remain on the front lines of in-person and crisis call care. Through our COPES crisis hotline, CrisisCare Center (CCC) and F&CS Pharmacy, staff provide much-needed crisis support, psychiatric respite, and stabilization and medications for Tulsa’s most seriously mentally ill adults and those in extreme psychiatric crises. All F&CS locations are taking precautionary steps to ensure the safety of staff and clients.

CrisisCare Center (CCC)
The F&CS CCC offers critically-needed psychiatric beds and crisis respite services, 24/7, for those in psychiatric crisis. The wide range of resources, supports, and effective treatment options are individually tailored to help address their mental health crises using two separate units of care – the Crisis Stabilization Unit and Urgent Care Recovery Clinic. This includes a 16-bed inpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit and Urgent Care Recovery Clinic and respite lounge.
The F&CS Pharmacy continues to provided agency clients with prescribed psychiatric medications as directed by F&CS psychiatry providers.
