Our Staff

Executive Director The Executive Director of Family & Children's Services is Gail Lapidus, ACSW, LCSW, LMFT. Ms. Lapidus has 28 years of experience in the field of human services and has served as the agency's Executive Director since 1986. Under her leadership, F&CS has become one of Tulsa's largest human service providers and instituted a range of award-winning and model programs. Ms. Lapidus has held numerous leadership positions in Tulsa's social service community and has served on many state-wide boards and task forces. In 1997, she was the inaugural inductee into the University of Oklahoma School of Social Work's Hall of Fame.

Agency Staff
All agency services are provided by a competent staff of social workers, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, and other specialists who hold Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. degrees in their specific fields. Staff members are experienced, licensed, and receive ongoing training and education, including mandatory, annual cultural competency training.
