Family & Children’s Services provides mobile psychiatric services for individuals crisis through our COPES (Community Outreach Psychiatric Emergency Services) team. We provide 24-hour rapid response, stabilization and intervention in Tulsa County for persons who feel out of control or have thoughts of suicide, harming themselves or hurting others.
