F&CS brings added strength to services in the Tulsa area. Through neighborhood-based coalitions such as the Tulsa Alliance for Families, we involve numerous public and private agencies, businesses, churches, schools, civic groups, volunteers, and families in developing creative solutions to community problems. We offer or are involved in:

  • Family Resource Center in Broken Arrow
  • East Tulsa Prevention Coalition, coalition of numerous community organizations, human service agencies, businesses, families, and youth devoted to developing and implementing substance abuse and violence prevention strategies in the East Tulsa.
  • OU Bedlam Clinics located in area schools
  • Specialized consultation with other community agencies
  • Participation on numerous community task forces, including the Suicide and Violence Prevention Task Force, Tulsa County Gang Intervention Task Force, East Tuls Prevention Coalition, Oklahoma Child Abuse Prevention Interagency Task Force, Tulsa Legal Services Task Force, and the Mental Health Association Task Force on Adolescent Services
  • Special collaboration with the court system, homeless shelters, area school districts, health clinics, mental health providers, social service agencies and correction facilities
