Since 1925, our life-changing programs have given hope to those who need it most and made Tulsa a better place for all. Our dedicated staff heals traumatized and hurting children, strengthens individuals and families, and provides hope and recovery for those with mental illness and addictions.

To advance our mission, F&CS now offers 49 programs, employs more than 550 staff and operates a $45 million annual budget. Partnerships and collaborations extend our reach and optimize service capacity in the community. We ensure accessibility to services through a network of nine convenient office locations in metro Tulsa and by co-locating services in schools and other community organizations. In addition to daytime hours, we offer evening appointments at many locations. A strong board of directors governs the agency and an advisory board serves as goodwill ambassadors. Diversified funding, dynamic fundraising and social entrepreneurship activities provide the necessary resources to care for over 100,000 people in need each year.

F&CS credentials are noteworthy. We are certified with distinction as a Community Mental Health Center by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. We are nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation with commendation to provide child, family, mental health and addiction services. The agency is a partner agency of the Tulsa Area United Way and a member of the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, the National Council on Behavioral Healthcare and the Mental Health Corporations of America. Key leadership staff has been recipients of numerous distinguished service awards.
