Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

For Companies
We provide a confidential counseling and referral service to more than 60 companies in the region to help their employees deal with problems and improve job performance.

When EAP services are made available to your workforce, your employees have access to counselors on a 24-hour basis to assist them and their family members with personal problems or workplace trauma.

Plus, using Family & Children's Services as your EAP gives you access to our Speaker's Bureau, a group of F&CS specialists that provide on-site educational seminars, training, consultation, evaluation, and follow-up.

For Employees
Our highly trained professionals offer counseling, assessment, information and referrals to appropriate community resources, and Critical Incident Stress Management services (CISM). CISM is a trauma response program for employees who have encountered a traumatic incident such as a robbery, death, natural disaster or workplace violence.
