Counseling

What is counseling?

Counseling is a specialized process in which a highly trained therapist facilitates personal development for a child, individual or family by working collaboratively to understand the problem, identify personal strengths, encourage positive relationships with self and others, and improve functioning in all areas of life.

We offer counseling services to help individuals, children, couples and families manage the stresses of daily living and life transitions. Services are tailored to meet the needs of each child or adult we serve and include individual, family and group sessions.

Our licensed therapists use innovative, strength-based, solution-focused therapies. Referrals and 24-hour crisis management are available as needed.
